The fireplace and spa tub at Mountain Lake Lodge were absolutely amazing. We had a cozy and romantic evening with the fireplace. When it wasn't working at first, the maintenance worker was quick to respond and got it started in no time. The spa tub was also a great addition, providing us with a relaxing and luxurious experience. The amenities in the room, such as the Jacuzzi, refrigerator, microwave, and King size bed. The heated swimming pool and hot tubs were a nice touch as well. The lodge offered a peaceful and quiet environment, with a beautiful view from the veranda. The on-site restaurant, Schafers, provided fantastic food, and the breakfast was served by a cheerful attendant. our stay at Mountain Lake Lodge was a tremendous experience.
The K-cup for make your own coffee and a granola bar were less than what I was expecting from such a nice hotel. Additionally, the parking spots assigned by room number caused a problem when someone took my spot.

The view from the rooms was absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. The well-maintained grounds added to the overall charm of the location. Additionally, the on-site dining options were excellent, offering delicious food to satisfy any cravings.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. The rooms could have been cleaner, as there was dust everywhere and pet hair left in the corners.
